- Roof water leaks are undertaken on a do and charge basis only.
- Due to the nature of water leaks and the difficulty in identifying the exact source, repairs are carried out on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Do and Charge Rates
- Our current rate is $33 inc. GST per 15-minute interval ($132 per hour)
- Materials are charged at cost plus a 25% margin
